Shipping Orders

Almost free shipping worldwide, tax free in EU and UK
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is processed. Packages will arrive whthin 7-10 business days. Due to some unforeseen events, the expected delivery date may be delayed. Orders for different products may be shipped separately. All purchases made through Lightwish.com are made under a contract of carriage. This means that the risk of loss and ownership of such items passes to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Please note: During peak seasons and promotional periods (Christmas, New Year's Eve, Lunar New Year), deliveries may take 15-30 days to arrive.

About VAT:

Lightwish prices include customs duty. In the UK and EU countries, you don't need to pay additional taxes.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a pending order, you may do so as long as the order has not yet shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled after the item has shipped from our warehouse.

A correct and complete shipping address is critical. Currently, our overseas warehouses are US , EU, UK,JP, AU, CA (for those that are not listed above, we will arrange to ship from China, please contact us if you want more details).

Shipping Express and Status

Orders will be shipped by Lightwish. When you place an order at Lightwish.com, you will automatically receive a shipping information e-mail from Lightwish. Please check your e-mail address. If you do not find the e-mail, please check your spam folder and add Xinfrared to your contact list.
